Argeer Technologies adheres to rigorous data minimization principles. We believe privacy is an architectural property, not merely an afterthought.

Our website is designed for anonymous, tracker-free reading. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising beacons, third-party analytics scripts, or commercial fingerprinting mechanisms.

Typography and fonts (Geist and Geist Mono) are downloaded and self-hosted at build time. Your browser never contacts external font delivery networks or third-party content delivery networks to render our pages.

This website does not set any advertising, tracking, or analytical cookies.

Because no non-essential cookies or personal identifiers are stored on your device, no intrusive cookie consent banner is presented or required under applicable ePrivacy regulations.

When you choose to communicate with us using our Contact & Inquiries portal, we collect only the information you explicitly provide:

Purpose of Processing: Your submitted information is used exclusively to review, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry, business proposal, research collaboration, constitutional challenge, or confidential vulnerability disclosure.

Email-Only Intake: Argeer Technologies does NOT operate a web-accessible inquiry database, SQLite store, or customer relationship management (CRM) database for contact submissions.

Hostinger Infrastructure: Upon submission, your message is validated on our server and transmitted over authenticated SSL/TLS to Argeer's secure mailbox infrastructure hosted by Hostinger.

Routing Isolation: Inquiries marked as Confidential Security Disclosures are routed strictly to our dedicated security mailbox (security@argeer.com) and never fall back to general mailboxes.

Storage & Retention: Submissions reside solely as received email messages within Argeer's authenticated mailbox inboxes. Messages are retained for the duration necessary to address your inquiry, maintain ongoing dialogue, or fulfill legitimate legal and accountability requirements. Messages are not automatically deleted on a fixed timer; manual archiving or deletion is handled within standard mailbox administration.

To safeguard our servers and mailboxes against automated spam and denial-of-service abuse, incoming form submissions pass through an in-memory sliding-window rate limiter.

Client IP addresses are evaluated transiently in server memory during request evaluation. Client IP addresses are never written to disk, stored in persistent logs, or forwarded inside inquiry notification emails.

You have the right to request access to any correspondence you have sent us, to request rectification of inaccurate data, or to request the deletion of your email correspondence from our mailboxes, subject to any statutory or security retention duties.
